We have engineered a unique system that combines the GSM/PCN mobile communications network with the precise positioning capabilities of GPS in a product called Track-IT.
With Track-IT you can see where all your vehicles are, at a glance, so you will save the expense and time of having to call your drivers to ask them.
- If a customer calls to ask for the whereabouts of their cargo, you can give them that information in seconds.
- Knowing where your vehicles are will also improve the way in which you allocate jobs especially if they are ad hoc requests. If you understand where the vehicle is and in which direction it is travelling you can reroute it to make an extra pick-up, eliminating any unproductive mileage.
- Track-IT will save you money. Why? Because the information that is relayed to and from the vehicles, using mobile phones, is sent via text messages which is less than half the cost of using voice.

Track-IT tracks your vehicles in real-time with automatic updates and displays them on a map display at the user's control centre so you can see all your vehicles moving throughout their journey. From the map display it allows operator intervention to initiate polling of selected vehicles during emergency and priority situations.

Track-IT enables you to communicate with ur drivers and for them to communicate with you, quickly & cheaply, by sending text messages instead of using voice, saving you time and money.
From the map display screen you can create, send and receive the text messages and a log of all the messages will also be recorded, for future reference.
From the vehicle the driver can also create, send and receive text messages. A list of pre-defined messages can also be defined by you for frequent use i.e., 'please send me directions to customer premises'.
